Time for the Send-Off :

• All Regular products are shipped out within 6-7 working days.

*But if National Holidays, Political Dramas and the Weather being Mean prevents that, we ask for patience. Our Bags are worth the wait.

• All Customised Orders will be shipped within 10 – 15 days as Originality is Hard Work.

 Return Issues :

• Pictures convey a thousand words so to exchange your purchased product(s) we might request you to share a few images to qualify for an exchange.
• If you request a return, you must email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
• We do not Condone the Harassment of our Products so packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.
• Our Products should return to us in the same condition we sent it in.
• Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked.
• If our Bags display Bad Behavior and come to you with less than Stellar Quality, we will take them back, otherwise, all Return Products are to be self-shipped back, and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

- SIZE NOT AS EXPECTED - We request everyone to go through the dimensions before making the purchase. any returns related to this issue will not be accepted

YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND - In this case, we will request you to self-ship the product and bear the cost. 

Cancel! :

• The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, or if our Bags wandered off and didn’t show up to your mentioned location.
• The order should be cancelled within 12 hours of the order placed.
• Preferred Product out of stock? Never Fear, other options will be given. But if that too doesn’t work then your money will be reimbursed.
•  The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable time.
