Refund policy

Returns & Store Credit
- We do not provide refunds directly to bank accounts for returned orders.
- Eligible returns will be issued as Store Credit / Credit Note for the eligible amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Return Pickup Policy
- Reverse pickup will be provided only in cases of manufacturing defects.
Returns Due to Personal Preference
If you wish to return a product because you did not like it or changed your mind:
- You may arrange the return shipment yourself.
- If you want us to arrange the return pickup, a fee of ₹200 will be deducted from your store credit amount.
Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged for another item available on the website.
- A ₹200 return shipping charge will be applicable for exchange requests.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Request Timeline
- Any return or exchange request must be raised within 24- 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after 24-48 hours may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized / Personalized products
- Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
- Clearance sale or final sale items

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request if the returned product does not meet our policy conditions.
